One can request and get a refund of their paid fee, if and only if, the below criterias are met:
Application: All applications for a refund of payment should be made in writing to topcliff.electricals@gmail.com quoting "Refund" in the subject matter.
Decision making: After a successful application, a decision will be made as to whether your refund is properly due within 5working days.
Refund: If, in the circumstance, a refund is due, refunds will be processed and refunded directly to the card which was used for payment within 5business days.
We do not collect any information that can be used potentially to identify you, nor do we keep track of you.
