Refund Policy


One can request and get a refund of their paid fee, if and only if, the below criterias are met:

  1. One did not peruse more than 5questions after making the payment.
  2. One claims with proof that any of the provided answers to any of our question was outdated or misleading.
  3. There was a technical error at the time of payment which led to an outage of our services.

Refund Process

Application: All applications for a refund of payment should be made in writing to topcliff.electricals@gmail.com quoting "Refund" in the subject matter.

Decision making: After a successful application, a decision will be made as to whether your refund is properly due within 5working days.

Refund: If, in the circumstance, a refund is due, refunds will be processed and refunded directly to the card which was used for payment within 5business days.

2. Payment privacy policy
